Two Weeks And Counting

In 2 weeks I will have spent my first 24 hours in Quito, Ecuador.  I'm currently spending my time preparing to leave: working at Green St Grill and saving money for souvenirs; buying and packing clothes and supplies to last me for 6 months; saying goodbye to my shoulder surgeon, sister and lots of other friends; and stressing about still not having my visa.  I'm as excited as my soon-to-be puppy Chiquita!
